July 3rd – Fourth of July Eve –at the Schaeffler House Museum, Uncle Sam, Abe Lincoln,
decorated bike/tricycle parade, political speakers, bands, soloists and other patriotic music – hot dogs
and ice cream at the back porch.
September 18th – Arts and Crafts Sausage-on-a-Stick sales –– sausage-on-a-stick sales and
souvenirs from the Museum Store – north end of Main Street, down town Hillsboro
December 6th – Old-Fashioned Christmas at the Schaeffler House –– St. Niklaus at the
Schaeffler House – photo opportunity for children under 12, refreshments.
